Medicinal Mushrooms: Nature’s Perfect Healing Agent

Many of us know of or have cooked with many of the most commonly used culinary mushrooms such as portabella, white button and others. You can get the best guide on soulcybin.

However, medicinal mushrooms are a class of mushrooms that can be used to flavor enhance recipes. They can be consumed as teas, tinctures, and extracts or in powdered capsules.

These medicinal mushrooms are reishi mushrooms, agaricus mushroom (or the agaricusblazei mushroom), maitake mushroom, shitake mushroom, and coriolus. There are many other types of medicinal mushrooms, but these ones are the most widely used.

These medicinal mushrooms are similar to human beings in their genetic and chemical structure. Many scientists claim that mushrooms are more genetically similar to humans than any other plants.

These mushrooms are also known as “medicinal mushrooms”, but they are not magic mushrooms. They have positive healing and impact on the body, mind, and soul of those who consume them.

Reishi mushrooms are one of the most important healing mushrooms in China. However, it is also found in other parts around the world. Reishi mushroom has been called the “Mountain of Invincibility” due to its ability to be taken daily as a tonic herb and in its usefulness in prolonging life.

People with HIV and cancer frequently use Reishi mushroom (in Asia) to boost their immune systems. Reishi mushroom is believed to be able to reduce inflammation, improve fatigue, cure viral infections and calm the soul, allowing people to meditate more easily and connect to Spirit.

Another one of the most potent medicinal mushrooms is the Maitake mushroom. Maitake is used culinarily as well as medicinally, and is a very powerful source of beta-glucan polysaccharides–potent immune system healing chemicals.

Maitake mushrooms can help prevent cancer, and also lower high cholesterol. Maitake mushrooms boost the activity levels of the body’s natural killer cells, which help to rid the body from immune system issues.

There are many types of medicinal mushrooms that are more common. I’ve provided more detail in my blog link below.

Last note: If medicinal mushrooms are of interest to you, taking them with a Vitamin C source (preferably one that is natural and plant-based Vitamin C source) will triple the effectiveness of both medicinal mushrooms and the Vitamin C. For the best health, this is some powerful information!
